Land Park, a beloved neighborhood in the heart of Sacramento.

I adore my neighborhood of Land Park, Sacramento. When my husband went to Sac City College, located across from the beloved William Land Park, I would go with him and then jog through the neighborhood. I admired the gorgeous mature tree-lined streets and the charming historic homes and would daydream about someday living here. When my husband graduated from UC Berkeley and we were looking to buy our first home, we wanted to come back to Sacramento. In 2015, I fell head-over-heels with a darling cottage on 5th Ave and have been grateful to live in the neighborhood since. It’s no wonder folks stay in the area for generations. The famous American painter, Wayne Thiebaud, called Land Park home for decades until he passed at age 101 in 2021.
